Terms of Service

By accessing or using Marketplace Aviation ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

1. About the Platform

Marketplace Aviation is an online marketplace for buying and selling used aircraft, helicopters, aviation parts, and related services. We are operated by DF Studio Design and accessible at marketplaceaviation.com.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use this Platform. By registering, you confirm that you meet this requirement and that all information you provide is accurate and truthful.

3. Listings

• Listings must be accurate, complete, and not misleading.
• Only post aircraft or parts that you legally own or are authorized to sell.
• Duplicate listings are not permitted.
• We reserve the right to remove any listing that violates these terms or applicable laws, at our sole discretion.
• The Free plan allows up to 2 photos per listing. Paid plans allow more photos and additional features.

4. Prohibited Content

You may not post listings or send messages that contain:

• False, fraudulent, or misleading information.
• Spam, advertising, or off-topic promotional content.
• Offensive, discriminatory, or illegal material.
• Content that infringes on any third-party intellectual property rights.

5. Payments and Plans

Paid plans (Standard, Premium) are one-time purchases valid for 30 days. Payments are processed securely via Stripe. All prices are displayed inclusive of any applicable taxes. Refunds are not provided unless required by applicable law.

6. Transactions Between Users

Marketplace Aviation is a platform facilitating contact between buyers and sellers. We are not a party to any transaction between users and accept no liability for the condition, legality, airworthiness, or ownership of any aircraft or part listed on the Platform. All due diligence, inspections, and legal compliance are the sole responsibility of the buyer and seller.

7. Messaging

Our internal messaging system is provided for legitimate communication between buyers and sellers. Spam, harassment, or misuse of the messaging system may result in account suspension.

8. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or harm other users or the Platform, without prior notice.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, accuracy of listings, or fitness for a particular purpose.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Marketplace Aviation and DF Studio Design shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Platform.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the European Union and, where applicable, Spanish law. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Spain.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance. We will notify registered users of significant changes by email.
